<150g of pancake mix can make 3 pancakes approximately 2.3cm thick> Ingredients: 150g Morinaga pancake mix, 1 egg, 100ml milk. Instructions: 1. Mix the egg and milk evenly. 2. Add 1 pack of pancake mix to the mixture from step 1 and stir until smooth. 3. Heat the pan and pour a spoonful of batter from a height of 30cm. Cook on low heat for 3 minutes until bubbles appear on the surface, then flip. 4. After flipping, cook on low heat for another 2 minutes. The pancake will rise slightly during this time.
