Ingredients: Gluten-free bread mix (200g), water (150g), vegetable oil (14g), chestnut flour (appropriate amount)
1. Mixing: Put all the ingredients except chestnut flour into a large bowl and mix gently with a spatula for about 3 minutes.
2. Divide and shape: Place the kneaded dough on a work surface sprinkled with chestnut flour, divide it into 8 equal parts, flatten each part slightly and fold it in half.
3. Bake: Brush the surface of the dough with a small amount of oil, place in an oven preheated to 220 degrees, and bake for 12-14 minutes until the surface is golden brown.
